I know because I have been there.
I was exhausted, stressed, just trying to keep my head above water, and putting my needs last. I knew I would regret it if I continued down that path.
I worked with a coach who helped me prioritize my self-care and get clear on what I wanted. As I implemented healthy habits in my own life, I experienced a remarkable transformation. I became more energetic, calm, patient, and happy.
Having a clear vision of what I wanted motherhood to look like and taking care of my mind and body enabled me to be the mom I wanted to be.
